TransPerfect Remote Interpreting Tempe Arizona location is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide world-class customer service. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a high level of customer service quality and accuracy by taking inbound calls from our customers. Start dates throughout July Schedule M-F available shifts 6 00AM 2 30PM 8 00AM 4 30PM 9 30AM 6 00PM Rate competitive Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Minimum High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year customer service experience Exceptional customer service skills Excellent English oral and written communications skills Good computer skills Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with customer information In order to be considered and interviewed candidates must submit a cover letter and resume to tricareers(at)transperfect.com Subject Customer Service Representative This is a temporary position.
