The Golden Sabre Academy is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization conveniently located in San Marcos California in North San Diego County. We invite you to experience The Art of Fencing . Free Intro Fencing Sabre Program. We are dedicated to introducing the sport of fencing to people of all ages and experience. Empowering youth to achieve excellence through the sport of fencing will be carried out by bringing the sport of fencing to fight childhood obesity instill the Olympic ideals and improve educational opportunities. Why Fencing Fencing is an ideal sport with which to empower youth. It is flexible and easily accessible. Fencing is also a lifetime sport. Our Academy offers professional instruction for both recreational and competitive fencers. Our talented coaching staff guides our students toward achieving their individual goals. Our programs encourage self-esteem self-confidence and promotes education through athletics. The Academy has a relaxed atmosphere. Our facility offers 6 fencing strips plus 1 wheelchair strip making it one of the largest and advanced fully equipped fencing facilities.
