I am renting a room in my house on the Eastside of Costa Mesa 300 block of Rochester st. in a great neighborhood that is one block from Newport Beach and close to pretty much everything Freeways Beach malls grocery stores airport and schools. This is for temporary rental and month to month only no long term. The room can has a seperate entrance if desired and comes with cable wifi internet and includes all utilities. Also has a large private backyard with a gas barbg and a small front yard. It is furnished and has a TV and Dvd player with access to movie channels and lots more channels. You have washer and dryer and kitchen privileges. This home has just had all new appliances and remodeled. Must be clean and quite no over nite guests and free from alcohol and drugs or smokers. One person only must work full time outside of home (a professional) no animals. I have 2 very clean quiet and nice cats. My house is on the border of Costa Mesa and Newport Beach and close to the 2 major upscale shopping malls Back Bay Beach is 2 mins away 2 colleges(UCI & OCC) are very close parks library grocery store walking distance and so much more. security deposit is required depending on how long your stay will be minimum 300.00.
