I have a great sailboat for sale. I have pre-owned it as a liveaboard for about a year and a half. I have been told that everything is is working order the motor starts and runs but I m positive it needs adjustments and a tune up. I never really got it to do much sailing It was all about cheap rent for me. It s huge inside and has a 42 in television mounted at the end of what is close to a fullsize bed settee. It comes with a transferable liaveaboard slip I looked at this as a floating condo on the water. All for less than what I would spend on renting. > 600 for all my expenses....
