This position is responsible for planning organizing and conducting in-service training programs for school business officials in Oklahoma. The Center is part of the College of Education at Oklahoma State University and the person will report to the Outreach Manager. Duties include but are not limited to developing program content identifying and arranging for presenters consultants and scheduling meeting times locations and support arrangements with limited direct supervision. Minimum qualifications Bachelor degree in education business or a related field and one year experience planning organizing and conducting conferences. Knowledge of Oklahoma s educational and finance system. Experience in curriculum development and coordinating and directing conferences. Must have excellent leadership organizational logistical people and oral and written communication skills. Must have willingness to travel within the state. Must have working knowledge of computers and desktop publishing and be very detail oriented. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Applicant must be a current member or willing to join OkASBO.
