Skilled Carpenter job responsibilities include but are not limited to Proficient knowledge and use of power and hand tools construction principles and practices and deconstruction techniques Ability to measure and cut with accuracy Able to work with little or no direction supervision Willingness to assist lead carpenter regardless of task Maintain high standard of quality with great attention to detail Must be well organized and maintain organization of tools in shop on truck and on-site Maintain clean and safe work site Maintain clean and professional appearance exhibit professionalism in all situations and take direction well Follow all safety rules and always work safely with appropriate safety gear including safety glasses ear protection hard hat proper footwear etc. Must arrive on time to work Willingness to learn Must pass background drug test Must have valid MI Drivers License
