Who Wants to Create a Tutors Cooperative
Hello fellow educators Since moving back to Rochester a few months ago I have been utterly shocked by the dearth of jobs available for tutors in this area - the availability seems VERY incommensurate with what would seem to be the actual demand for quality supplemental education. I m also disturbed by the apparent socioeconomic disparities here in terms of who can reasonably gain access to supplemental education. . I would like to meet and discuss with interested parties the prospect of establishing a Tutors cooperative - a mutual effort in which we pool our collective talents and resources to effect a new type of tutoring business.
