Director II - Finance

The Director Sr. Director will report directly to the VP Finance and be a critical component of a team providing Strategic support and analysis financial planning and reporting and development of operating and performance metrics for the Fidelity Institutional Operations Service Group and Client Experience Organizations. The successful candidate will operate as an integral business partner providing financial management and decision support to business leaders. Independent decision making capacity to influence others ability to address and resolve conflicts confidently project management and desire to provide thought leadership to the function are all key skills.
