EARN 10000 Being a CO-SIGNER

This is a completely legitimate offer. I am a 43 yr white male with a wife and 2 kids. I live off of jones maltsberger rd. a few blocks from mccallister park in a nice neighborhood right across from MoMak s Backyard Burgers. We have lived in the house for 13 years. We put 76 000 down on the house and had a 60 000 mortgage. We have refinanced once to lower our interest rate. Our mortgage is currently about 58 000. Our house was recently appraised for 182 000. So this gives us well over 80 000 in equity in our house. We want to refinance the house for two reasons. One is to lower our interest rate more. Two is to get 50 000 Cash out. Due to recent credit problems we are unable to do this on our own. So the proposal would be to draw up a contract with the agreed cosigner that we would meet and come up with the stipulations of contract together. Before the contract we would first obviously try to see if the agreed lender would gives us the loan with the agreed cosigner. Once all is established and we have received loan we will then make a direct deposits or cut check to cosigner whichever is established in certified contract.A big part in benefit of cosigner is there will be a term in contract that cosigner will be on refinance loan for a term of no longer than 3 years. By this time we will be able to refinance again and have cosigner taken off of loan. I know its asking a lot of somebody thats why I made what I think is a pretty generous offer and the 3 year term limit to make it worth somebodies while.
