Enjoy what they do This person will be responsible for the following Rental of storage units Ability to manage the Accounts Receivable collections process Deliver excellent customer service to current tenants as well as potential customers Keeping property very well-maintained Qualifications we are looking for Experiences in sales retail and or customer service Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to sell to new leads Ability to perform light maintenance and clean-up work High school diploma required Clean employment background clean driving record and drug test MUST have reliable transportation Ability to work any day of the week from 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM.
