need someone to permanently take over our lease asap

We are looking for someone to take over our lease. Formerly known as Greentree Village recently renamed Glen Oaks. Our lease is until July but you are free to renew if you want after that. Rent is 739 plus electric. But we are so desperate we will pay 100 of your rent monthly So you pay 639 You ll apply through the office which is 40 per person or 75 for a married couple. This is an excellent option for roommates. We already paid the pet deposit so you can have a pet. Whether or not you will have to pay a regular deposit is up to your credit. We love it here nothing is wrong with it but we now have a house we need to move into ASAP. Please email me if interested and feel free to ask any questions.
