SHIPPING INVENTORY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT WANTED (Fort Myers) compensation 8 hr to start review after 60days Fast growing fast-paced artwork distribution company is looking for a dynamic hard-working individual to assist our Team with various tasks. ABSOLUTE MUST REQUIREMENTS Great computer skills including Excel & basic google doc entry --- almost all our reports lists are in one or both excel and google will train what is required but knowledge of these programs are required. Great Customer Service skills and experience --- email marketing using Click & Ship tools website maintenance (training provided but computer experience a must) Must be able to manage Customer orders --- logging into system printing orders pulling artwork completing documentation Excellent written and verbal skills --- this will be helpful for email campaigns and website updates This position is to assist the owner of the company and the office manager - We are looking for someone who is...
