Receptionist
Wingate at Springfield is looking for a part time weekend receptionist to work at our facility. It is every other weekend and holidays and possibly an evening during the week.You must be a team player be able to deal with the public as well as residents visitors. You need to be organized and be able to do several things at a time. Responsibilities include answering phones taking messages greeting visitors typing and computer work. Maintain cleanliness to lobby forwarding mail pass checks out making copies and faxing as well as restocking all the machines. While completing your tasks you must be plesant and cheerful.
