I am looking for someone familiar with getting a home rent-ready. Individual will enter a vacant property and follow checklist to identify items that need correcting to and take pictures of the property and write-ups. Individual will write-up all issues on a MS Excel Spreadsheet and submit pictures via Dropbox. During the process the assessor will assist the contractor doing the restoration with answering questions regarding write-ups and visiting the property. Upon restoration completion the assessor will do a final inspection of the property to ensure that all documented issues are completed and the house is rent-ready. This is a great job for someone retired or active in the real-estate business looking to earn some extra cash. On average an assessor spends about 8-10 hours per week per property.
