Assist-Med Inc. is recruiting a PHC Supervisor for it s Primary Home Care office in Beaumont Texas. Responsibilities include but not limited to daily management of electronic time sheet verification through Santrax. Assist in supervision of part-time attendant staff performing supervisory tasks such as recruiting hiring placing staff in client s homes counseling as needed and addressing employee issues Processing payroll including ensuring all staff turn in time sheets calculating and data entry of time sheets obtaining corrections when errors on time sheets Communicating heavily both in writing and by phone with clients referral sources doctor s offices employees applicants and the corporate office Data Entry Problem Solving Maintaining a positive working relationship with referral sources Maintaining outstanding customer service Monitoring and tracking program authorizations Maintaining all quality assurance aspects of the PHC program including timely completion of paperwork communications and all other program regulations. Working knowledge of Santrax electronic visit verification required. Working knowledge of Vesta preferred. Two years of college in health care related field OR two years of supervisory experience in the health care field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude Ability to work independently Compassion for working with the aged and disabled.
