We work with 20-30 Homeowners a week in the Los Angeles Area for Free to provide assistance. The criteria would be they are in default on their loan their home is going to auction or they have tax liens divorce or some sort of distressed property condition and need assistance to sell or Help to clear up their situation and sell their house. Usually it is someone you already know relative friend etc. You can let them know that people like to work with us because 1 our service is FREE at all times. They have nothing to lose by working with us because our services are FREE to them at all times. We know how to help people and offer them the best solutions for their particular situation. You would be paid upon completion of us successfully selling their home to help them out of their situation.
