The mobile home & property are at 907 Katherine Ave. Moriarty New Mexico 87035. This is an all exterior metal 50 foot mobile home. The outer bottom sides were redone made up of 2 foot wide thick rust-resistant steel panels so the underside is easily accessible from virtually any point except the corners. It has 1 full bathroom. All the hot & cold water hoses have been redone in May of 2014 with brand new pex hoses. If leaving for a while during cold weather instead of having to keep the entire mobile home a certain warm temperature so the water pipes won t freeze you drain most of the cold and hot water hoses. After shutting off the water at the water meter and the MH s main water shut off you basically open up all the faucets inside then drain the garden faucet on the outside for the cold water tubing and there is an extra drain valve to drain the hot water tubing from the hot water heater. You must remember too to drain the bottom of the hot water heater with a garden hose and turn off the hot water heater so it does t burn out. Then you turn off all the faucets to keep the temperature mild even during very cold nights. It has a natural gas hook-up. It is a 1996 Fleetwood model MH that was set up on this lot last year & at that time it was bare land. It has been painstakingly landscaped.
