Customer Support Executive in Real Estate Developer Firm

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be an integral part of our back end process in our Developer Firm. The roles and responsibilities will include the following -Supporting customers and solving their queries. -Receive and complete all new bookings & documents from customers to the companies standards. -Follow up with customers for missing documents etc. -Ensure customer receipts & documents are issued on time & reach their point of delivery. -Update in CRM all new bookings and customer payments. -Organise and manage all customer documentation. We require someone who has experience in solving customer queries and has a strong passion for customer satisfaction. We require the following skill set -Excellent organization skills. -Excellent Time Management skills and good with deadlines. -Strong ability to follow and implement processes and standards. -Good communication for servicing clients. -Ability to use a CRM software for tracking of all client actions. -Positive and can do attitude for all tasks delegated
