Industry1One staffing is looking for Maintenance Technicians that will work at different commercial and residential properties. These are TEMP TO HIRE Positions so we are looking for dependability punctuality ability to work well with others and needs minimal direction. You must be well spoken since you will be working around co-workers contractors customers and others. The Maintenance Technician will perform standard repairs on commercial and residential properties. Technician will be required to keep assigned areas clean and in a orderly condition. You must be able to understand and follow instructions both written and verbal. You must also be able to use basic communication skills and able to communicate with supervisors. JOB DESCRIPTION REPAIRS -Replace or repair plumbing fixtures as faucets drains water heaters toilets -Minor Carpentry skills repairing siding trim baseboards cabinetry -Sheetrock repair and installation -Floor tile raised floor tile and carpet repair and maintenance -maintain maintenance logs and schedules -Minor electrical skills replacing light fixtures outlets bulbs and switches RESPONSIBILITIES -Comply with safety and environmental policies rules and regulations. -Perform work assignments alone and with other employees -Able to take and understand supervision -Speak with lead supervisor co-workers managers customers in a professional manner -Ability to maintain logs and schedules -Display a neat professional appearance and conduct themselves properly. -Proper use of power tools and other equipment QUALIFICATIONS 2 years Maintenance Experience in a company environment or or training in basic plumbing painting HVAC or construction.
