For sale A MATCHED PAIR of B& W 808 STEREO MONITOR SPEAKERS in black. The 808 is the big brother to the famous B& W 801 speaker and was only manufactured for a year or two. They are rare and very difficult to locate. The 808 was widely adopted by the music recording industry for use as studio monitors due to their accuracy in reproducing sound. They can easily be momo bi or tri-amped. Purchased from Gala Sound in Rochester NY for 11 000 plus shippng. Asking 5 900. They are in excellant condition and work perfectly. Call or text 423-715-2897. For pick up only as I can not easily ship them due to their size and weight the wooden shiiping crates for them were not saved. Located in Cleveland TN. Top of the line Straightwire speaker cables are also available for sale along with a Mark Levinson ML-3 amplifier that has been modified to accept RCA rather than camac connectors.
