Established non-profit organization in Clearwater seeking a DUI Evaluator offering an attractive work schedule consisting of a 4 day 40 hour work week. Responsibilities include Assessing DUI offenders using standardized criteria to determine risk of reoffending determining patterns of alcohol or other substance abuse case management of multiple offenders and ignition interlock violators and preparation and maintenance of client files. All training will be provided. Applicant MUST meet minimum requirements as required by state licensure (listed below) Bachelor s degree in human services or nursing and 4 000 hours of experience in mental health rehabilitative direct client services or medical care specific to substance abuse. A Master s degree in human services nursing or an M.D. may be substituted for 2 000 hours of experience. Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) status Certified Criminal Justice Addiction Professional (CCJAP) status or 14 000 hours of experience in human services may be substituted for a degree not in human services but shall not preclude the requirement of a Bachelor s degree. In addition to the above applicants must have proficient typing oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail organizational skills time management and the ability to work well under pressure is required.
