I would also need 5 references of people that perferably lived or rented to you. I am a quiet person who is looking for work. THe person that rents from me will have to buy thier own food staples. The rooms are not furnished Furniture is a must. I am looking for adult. WiFi is available for the house. Parking is on the street.
