Hotel Maintenance Technician

As a lead member of the property maintenance team the Chief Engineer has influence and accountability for the proper workings of the hotel to include but not limited to plumbing electrical HVAC and general facilities maintenance. Reporting to the General Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality work to ensure minimal disruption to guests. Core Job Requirements -Should be capable of working on their own without constant supervision. -Responsibility of monitoring and maintaining the operations and functions of both the interior and exterior areas of the property. -Experience in the construction trades such as plumbing electrical carpentry basic heating and air conditioning maintenance painting and caulking etc. -Make inspections of the hotel property to ensure everything is in working order. Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas.
