Lot located in Presidential Estates in the Citrus Hills community near Ocala and Inverness. Officially in Hernando located in Citrus County this lot features dense woods and has two estate size houses acrross the road and on the right side and a new home going up on the other side when I visited in August. Selling because I teamed up with another family member to purchase a completed house in the Brentwood Estates section of the same community. A dome home was in our plans for this place but apparently that does not meet the community standards so lot will be sold. Taxes are low in the 160 range in paid by first Nov 30 deadline. Taxes are really due in March 2015. First picture shows dense woods at road. Second is the estate across the road and then places on either side. A relative has a place nearby you can rent by the week if you want to visit and check it out. Citrus County is 1) below the frost line and 2) above the frantic beach scene but just an hour plus drive from Orlando and Tampa airports.
