He she reports to a Production Supervisor may receive direction from a group leader and has no direct reports. The position demands close attention to detail and strong fine motor skills. He she must have a high school diploma or GED must read at an eighth grade level or better and must have worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment for six months minimum. The position requires extensive sitting. A successful candidate must have flexibility to work 10 hour days and overtime (including Saturdays). 10.50 hr
