Sunkota Construction is looking for a Job Supervisor. This position duties and requirements include - Coordinate schedule and direct all onsite work affectively to ensue the project schedule and goals are met. - Idintify potential construction issues and work affectively to ensure the project schedule and goals are met. - Receive and check in materials and stock materials at job site. - Overall project specific responsibility for scheduling site logistics inspections punch lists and client relations. - Meet regularly with Project Manager to review quality timelines and customer satisfaction. - Close out projects on time and on budget and meet or exceed client expectations. - Work with subcontractors architects engineers building officials etc. Qualifications - The aility to maintain documentation throughout every phase of a construction project and be highly detail oriented. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Ability to read architectural and engineering plans. - Ability to travel and work varied hours as necessary. - A valid Driver s License and good driving record. - Must be proficient in reading construction plans and specifications. - Must have practiced verbal and written communication skills. - Must have problem solving skills. -Must have excelent planning organizing multi-tasking skills and demonstrated ability to follow through on all projects tasks and assignments.
