A National B2B Benefits Firm is looking to bring on a District Manager in the Petersburg area. The district managers responsibilities will be the following - Recruit and Develop a sales team along with support from corporate (training and recruiting support) - Recruit and Develop a managerial staff along with support from corporate (training and recruiting support) - B2B benefits sales and communication - Running a small-large office of Insurance Agents and Managers - Interview pre screen and select quality individuals to join the company - Field training running appointments with clients and new agents - Running sales meetings and orientations for new agents Qualifications 3 Years of B2B Sales Experience in running a staff team of sales agents 18 years of age Recruiting Experience Life & Disability License (Not required to apply) Strong Work Ethic Ability to work Independently No Criminal Background Call or email if interested.
