Duties and Responsibilities Handling all incoming calls professionally and become familiar with important callers. Maintain good phone & email communications The ability to work with speed and accuracy in a fast paced environment with short deadlines Rent collection calls notice preparation prepare and mail yearly rent increases and maintain rent increase analysis up to date. Schedule maintenance calls and confirm completed work with tenants. Contact vendors for maintenance estimates. Input data into the system such as updating work orders uploading photos writing notes and scanning and filing paperwork. Assist with preparing updating and maintaining spreadsheets and updating documents as necessary. Scanning and electronic filing. Draft or edit correspondence memos reports work orders and emails directly and on behalf of the office. This also includes proofreading and summarizing documents. Review all invoices under established guidelines. Work within a team on special and nonrecurring projects. Qualifications and Experience Experience handling high call volume required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be self-directed and detail-oriented. Good writing verbal and communication skills. Good organizational skills and ability to follow through on projects independently. Proficiency with property management software Microsoft Word and Excel.
