Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Manufacturing and Supervisory experience background required Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing fabrication required Sheet metal manufacturing experience a plus Welding experience and or background a plus Possess a good attitude and strong business ethics required Must be highly self-motivated required Must possess great organizational skills required Must be receptive to feedback and adept to learning company processes philosophies and culture required Programming experience a definite plus Possess good communication skills coordinate with Programming for process improvements and maximum utilization methods Possess basic math skills Possess basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and understand concept of ERP systems Ability to read blueprints required Ability to manage people and resources required Willingness to work outside of regular shift and or extra hours as necessary Position will be responsible for supervising 4 plants which requires the planning coordination and control of all manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include overseeing the production process identifying process improvements ensuring products are produced on time and are of good quality human resources and material resources functions expediting parts and monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed liaising among different departments working with managers and team leaders to implement policies and goals upholding company Quality Policy upholding all health and safety guidelines upholding and enforcing ALL guidelines and rules specified in the Employee Handbook motivating employees performance reviews identifying training needs etc. as necessary. Starting pay range is 40 000 - 50 000 per year DOE.
