please help our family

My family and I are in search of a small breed puppy. We recently lost our pet whom we considered as a dear family member. We re not looking to pay a large rehoming fee (free is a plus) as we would like to spoil our additional member to the family. We live in a 3 bedroom home with a spacious yard.
