Hello I m offering inexpensive home staging for properties 900 sqft or less I will provide all the essentials for staging the home such as a small dinning table sofa or love seat accent chair accent lamp(s) Area Rug(s) Coffee table some misc accent pieces full size bed for one bedroom (if more than one bedroom we can discuss) side table and wall art. This is all provided with a minimum of a two month lease of only 1 200.00 basically it s only 600.00 per month and includes my fee for services After two months the price is dramatically reduced to only 100.00 per month. There is no charge for early termination of the lease also there is no delivery charge but a pick up charge of 80.00 will apply. Please note full payment of 1 280.00 is due upon the day the lease is signed.
