Must have previous truss building experience and the ability to organize and maintain consistant work flow ia a fast-paced environment. This person should have above average coordination and mechanical aptitude. Good sense of organization and the ability to oversee more than one project at a time. The truss supervisor is responsible for overseeing all employees - sawyer assembly and loading personnel and has knowledge of all work areas. The truss supervisor will have the ability to run all machines and oversee maintenance on all truss equipment. Forklift experience is preferred along with the ability to learn truss program on computer. Working knowledge of housing construction is a plus (walls & decks). Will work directly with truss manager assuring that jobs are completed and loaded in a timely fashion while assuring quality for our customers. We are a componentized housing manufacture and are putting up a new truss plant. We will have all new equipment and you would be working in our housing department until this project has been completed.
