Job Description Experience Qualified HR Professional sought to assist in a fast-paced hiring environment to perform a number of human resources activities including but not limited to the following Engage in high volume recruiting to include direct recruiting job boards community-based organizations social networking both internally and externally Report on search progress including candidate pipelines Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding selection and status of the recruitment process Develop strategies to source attract recruit and select profile matches of candidates against MQRs Use innovative sourcing channels to convert hard-to-find passive talent including social media resume mining community meetings and career fairs Manage the handling of employee benefits recruit interview or hiring of staff in accordance with policy Enhance the company s effective utilization of employees by providing training and development opportunities Assist employees with and helping to resolve work-related issues such as leave and disputes Supervise HR management programs and policies including staffing compensation benefits visa green card processing employee relations training and health and safety programs Knowledge and understanding of general office software such as Microsoft Word Excel or equivalents required Ability to utilize HRIS software such as Silkroad PeopleSoft or equivalents Bachelor s degree plus 4 years of related experience or any combination of education experience (8yrs) required
