Weekend hours will be required. Situated in the Heart of America Seldin headquarters is located in Omaha Nebraska and operates in seven states. This includes but is not limited to the following Lease apartments in the community to new prospective residents Take resident prospect phone calls and emails Conduct tours of the community and follow up on all sales leads Assist with marketing strategies to generate traffic Maintain a professional appearance to create a great living experience for residents and prospects A minimum of one year sales leasing experience A positive team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills Excellent computer skills Ability to learn and institute industry standards Our Part-Tme associates receive a competitive pay rate and a 401 (K) plan.
