I am selling my 2001 fleetwood bounder 36S 1 slide out gas motorhome. the rv was used for a traveling racquetball team and some things were modified inside to accomodate the players. My team has outgrown the rv and we have bought a bigger tour bus that is why i am selling the rv. its in overall good shape it needs minor fixes that i know of which i will explain. the bus has just hit 100k miles. engine and transmission have always been taken good care of i couldnt afford to have break downs on the road while traveling to tournament so i always made sure we would make our destination. we have traveled from michigan to miami in the last 2 months and back to maryland. the rv has 1 slide out and i wrapped in black vivvid wrap. the letters are stickers which can come off and leave a black rv. i have about 40feet of extra black vinyl if you would like to rewrapp certain areas that are worned out. the roof was resealed completely 3 monthas ago. resealed all cracks with caulk repainted and resealed the entire roof with white and on top used another black paint sealant. i made sure it was sealed because when i bought it there were some stains on the ceiling from a previous leak. the tv was upgraded to a LED flat screen the rv has a converter and an inverter. all batteries were replaced 2 months ago. house batteries and coach batteries are new. the microwave has also been replaced with a new one about 1 month ago. dinette area and couch area have been modified to bunk beds onne of the bunk beds turns into a couch. in the rear the bed was taken out and replaced with a photon to privide a little more space during the day. the bads it will need 2 tires very soon they are worned out and will need replacement asap the generator fuel line is clogged i havent had the chance to unclogg it. we have been using the generator with an extrenal fuel tank and it works fine. when i first got the rv delivered one of the tires exploded when the driver was delivering the rv and it caused some damage under one of the compartments. its not a big deal just need a metal patch we have been driving it like that for a long time. its underneath.. not visible. one of the leaf springs is a little worned out and the rv leans to one side. i have an exta leaf which you can add to raise it back up. just havent had the time to install it. the front heater motor makes a weird noise sometimes... it works but it sounds like it needs some oil... maybe the fan is a little rusted. the leveling jack s sensor seems to be having problems... the jacks go up and down with no problem but the control panel always shows jacks Down and the alarm beeps. so i unplug it when i drive. please contact me you can see the rv anytime. its been parked for the last 2 weeks i hate seeing it parked someone can give it some love. my trade in price at camping world was 35k on a new unit. definately worth the selling price. these rvs are selling for 30k on ebay and craigslist.
