We are looking for a licensed sales associate who is detail oriented hard working ambitious takes initiative self-determined and has a winning attitude. Responsibilities include Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention Make calls set appointments and write new business for the Agency. Maintain existing customer relationships and look for cross-sell opportunities. Generate ideas connections and strategies for the Agency s development. Skills required Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals Be an effective communicator both written and verbal Have computer experience and good organizational skills Sales experience highly preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred P& C or Life & Health license strongly preferred.
