Recruiting hiring training and developing your employees. Conducting performance reviews & wage increases in accordance with company policy. Ensuring the store meets company standards for cleanliness organization and appearance. Overseeing ordering and inventory of merchandise. Resolving customer complaints in a timely professional manner. Motivating sales associates to provide friendly & prompt service that exceeds customer s expectations Job Requirements Must have at least 3 years of convenience store retail management experience. Must be able to perform repeated standing lifting bending and reaching. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs. Must have cash handling experience.
