Medical Assistant (Bilingual)

An established Orthopedics Medical office in Northwest Houston has and immediate need for a Full-time back office Medical Assistant. M-F 8 00 a.m. to 5 00 p.m. Primary Position Responsiblities include but are not limited to Take vitals history and physicals. Assisting physicians with patients casting and sutures. Educate patient s regarding surgery procedures instructions and cost. Schedule surgeries order medications. Stock rooms and order medical supplies. Keep inventory of all medical supplies medications and meet with Pharmaceutical Representatives. Answer phones and schedule appointments as needed. Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes. Bilingual a plus.
