The lease ends July 1st and I am moving to a different place due to change.You will be living with a great roommate who is clean and very respectful. Neither of us are big party people but enjoy having a good time drinking craft beer cooking great food and walking the lakefront. The apartment is right next to the Oakleaf Trail and less than half of a mile to the Lake. Beans and Barley and Colective on Prospect are a 2 minute walk from our front door I am sad to be leaving the neighborhood. Apartment is on the 1st floor in the back corner (so much quieter and away from Oakland Traffic). Allows cats or dogs for 10 a month.Rent is 450 a month and includes Heat and Water. Utility bill is 15 per person a month. On street parking is usually easy to find within a 2 block radius or there is an under ground parking garage available for 75 a month (I believe). Storage unit and coin-laundry available in the basement.I am looking to move-out mid late November but by the latest of December 1st. For more details .
