I currently have a bedroom with a private bathroom available This is apart of an apartment that includes three other bedrooms with private bathrooms . At this point in time I have three awesome roommates . all girls . College students . This apartment is great for privacy and has FREE WIFI also comes with free accesses to a gym pool hot tub. tennis court grilling area basketball court and a computer lab (free printing). Great spot if you are in college however if you re not its still an awesome place to live . This lease will run through July 31st and also has an option of releasing with a lower rate on rent . Currently the rent is 356 a month all utilities included accept for electric which is split amongst the roommates in the apartment (my half has never been over 60 a month). The terms for taking over this lease consist of a deposit of 500 unless you have a person over 21 who is able to sign a garreteer form for you in this case you would avoid having to put down the deposit . You also will have to fill out a new lease and have 356 for the first of the month . ( contact me for more info on this part). I do love this place however I m leaving town and have to give it up.
