Bookkeeper receptionist A small construction firm named Washington Waterproofing Inc. that s been in business for 16 years is looking for a mature professional that does not mind working out of a home office and that s punctual and self driven. The environment is very casual. We are looking for someone that is willing to provide some longevity to the position and grow with us and not just someone looking for a job. Must have book keeping experience. Must be proficient in Excel and Quickbooks no exceptions. Specifically looking for someone with certified payroll experience. The job description includes but is not limited to -accounts payable & receivable -payroll -construction certified payroll -bank account reconciliation -able to compose letters emails w out grammatical errors answer phones -strong ability to multi-task Office hours 7am-3 30 pm Provide at least 3 references and Employment history Interviews are set up via telephone then in person.
