RV was purchase around Thanksgiving 2013 it comes with the remainder of a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty (50 dollar transfer fee). It sleeps 10 and the rear bunkhouse has its own entrance and bathroom. The back bedroom sleeps 4 and has a full wall wardrobe that houses a 32 TV with lots of storage storage under one bunk as well. It has an outside kitchen that helps keep smells grease out of the RV it also has a sink burner frig and additional storage. The inside kitchen is well laid out with plenty of storage as well as an over the range microwave pull-out sink faucet glass door cabinets and a separate pantry all real wood cabinets. The master has its own bathroom as well as a full front closet with washer dryer hookups and tons of under bed storage and a built in dresser. The master also comes with a queen Sleep Number bed with independent adjustments for each side as well as its own AC unit just for the master. The unit comes with standard features (list found at www.heartlandrvs.com) plus the following Generator Prep Dual batteries with manual shutoff Reinforced rear bumper Full bumper to bumper warranty Outside features include full power awning with LED lighting speakers full walk on roof composite sides for easy cleaning outside trash can storage plus much more. All maintenance has been performed since we have owned it and it just came from Edmondsons RV where all seals were checked and a few small issues resolved. NADA lists the RV at Low Retail of 40k average retail of 47-48k and we are asking 37k. Plus you get all of the extras Sleep Number bed dual batteries gen prep and most of all the warranty. With everything added up extras and below suggested value you are already on top of this by more then 8k we are also including all the required water sewer line leveling blocks hitch tri-pod stabilizer lock and wheel chock locks.
