have this very nice home in a very quiet location. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. I am going to have all brand new carpets in the home. Access is available to residents to a swimming pool tennis courts clubhouse and some other games. They are within a short walk to the unit. The home has a Florida room and a washer and dryer. The tenant will share the bathroom with perhaps another professional female. I am a male who is very quiet and I keep to myself. I shall have the master bedroom and bathroom. The reason I like to have professional female is to make it a drama free and nice atmosphere and generally speaking the home will need a woman s touch. The house will be furnished apart from your room but if you need it I can provide furniture as well for your room. The living room will have a very nice large screen TV with a very high end eight speaker home theater system. It will be an incredible movie watching experience and you will be able to use it. It is a very nice home so the rent is 550 per month all inclusive. There is currently myself and a young lady who is 34 years old living here.
