New Mexico is positioned to become a hub for human trafficking due to its proximity to the Mexico border and it interstates. And with the majority of U.S. citizens including law enforcement unconvinced that human trafficking exists will continue to contribute to the increase in the number of victims with 79 percent being sexual exploitation in nature with the majority being children averaging 12 through 14 years of age.Our Calling Combating human trafficking is a higher calling for which all humans must take responsibility to rescue victims without a voice through every possible effort.
