I am looking to sublease my room in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in the Akron University area so it is perfect for Akron U students. The rent is 350 a month plus gas electric. Gas electric is spilt between both occupants. The other girl who is currently living there is quiet and tends to keep to herself.
