Looking for two bd room house two rent in Oakland area

I m looking for a kind landlord that has a large two bd room house for rent that will hold all my stuff and accept section 8. My voucher is for 1300. My pior place I was there for 11yrs. & 9 mos. I lost one of my boys and I could not bear to stay there anymore to much for me. I m a very very clean person keep a clean house and I will treat the house like it was my own. I have no evictions and no criminal recond or any criminal behavior. My credit score is not the best.
