I have a one bedroom one bath apartment in the East Falls Manayunk area. The apartment building is small so not a lot of noise or traffic. Plus it is pet friendly. Due to family illness out of State I am unable to continue to live here and the landlord requires me to find someone else to lease the apartment or else I cannot get out of the lease.
