Charter Sales Coordinator

Job Description Increase charter sales by following up on warm leads and converting them into booked charter trips Target new retail business opportunities in specified markets to increase Landmark s charter market share. Successfully manage new and existing prospects through the sales cycle Aggressively tackle prospecting and individual activities to generate charter customers Present the best value option for each client to increase customer retention and continue to grow the existing customer base. Communicate with aircraft owners and crew to determine aircraft availability. Communicate effectively with scheduling maintenance and flight operations departments to ensure seamless transition from the point of sale to trip completion. Skills and Qualifications Strong prospecting closing skills Ability to perform in a team environment Self-starter and self-directed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Experience High School Diploma required college degree preferred A minimum of two years working in inside or outside sales functions preferably with high network individuals and with companies in the hospitality or transportation sectors Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook Word Excel etc) Knowledge of Business Aviation On Demand Charter (Part 135) or Corporate (Part 91 operations) is highly desirable.
