Our banking client is looking to fill the Senior PM (Merchant payment solutions) role. If you are a good match please send your resume along with rate expectations Location D T Toronto Duration short term contract with strong possibility of extension A strong PM is required for a 3-4 month special assignment to design and implement a project intake approval process for all the initiatives in the business. The manager is looking for a highly seasoned IT project manager consultant who is results oriented. A PM who has the ability to utilize their PM experience to devise an INTAKE process framework for all of the incoming projects within a line of business. Manager is looking for someone who has designed and implemented a project intake approval process for multiple LOB initiatives. Must Have Skill Set - Seasoned (senior) project manager in the software or IT space 6 years - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills - Strong negotiation and impact influence skills - Must have demonstrated experience in change management (This is a must have so the candidate must be able to articulate examples of how they have been able to influence and implement new process.) - Program Management Portfolio Management experience - Experience designing and implementing a project intake approval process for multiple LOB initiatives - Governance experience - Experience working with multiple stakeholders -Financial experience required - PMLC experience - Experience publishing a roadmap - Experience managing non-technology (business) projects Most important skills that this person needs to have technical background PMLC knowledge experience managing large initiatives the scope of the project is both Canada and US.
