looking for afordable Home ASAP

We are looking for a 3 or 2 bedroom My husband and I are in our middle 30s we have 2 boys 10 & 12 We bought our first house in Kingsport Bloomingdale IN 2007 in 2009 my husband found out he had a bone disease and has had to have many surgery s long story short He his now Disabled Will explain detail with you .. We have been struggling with us trying to catch up on our back payments and the bank keeps giving us a run around For the last 6 months we been trying to get hard ship modification loan witch we qualify for And they wont call us back We have a pointed contact that never called back but now are having to move . We are not wanting to move our kid from school there. But don t think we have a choice right now. We are very very clean We would like to have something we can plant flowers We have always had a little garden But if we cant get that its fine we just need something . We do have one dog he is fixed. he is a lab golden Retriever very loveable and is not a barking dog. and out side dog . Love to be in but I want him to be an out side dog He rather be in side in our bed if we let him ha . HE is like one of our kids But like i said we are clean i can show pic of our house And the house we rented years ago when me and my husband met 14 years ago. I can give you as many references as you need . We are quite My husband is very very handy in every area you can say jack of all triads it may take him little longer to do something like takes some one 2 days may take him 3 just has to work at his own pace but he gets the job done right and well.. but he can fix anything that need to be fixed or worked on if need to be . We will even clean the home trailer apt or what ever we can find we are on a fixed. in come and I start back to work this coming month but We can make our payments just looking for something to live and raise our boys I don t want to move my kids around I was hoping to call this home forever But sometime life don t go as planed and unfortunately our luck has not been to great Just want a fresh start . . we are just wanted to start fresh with our life and make a better Life for our boys so can live in our means and not have to struggle any more .we had no Idea my husband would be come ill with his bone disease. but we are looking for something fast . ..
